This is a photo on the Nueces [pronounced new AY seas] River Bank. The tree on the bank has Spanish Moss growing on its branches.

I adore what you did with the fireplace. How gorgeous is that. I can see why you wanted to change it to a more natural look. What a BIG job you under took, no wonder you took a break from blogging. I bet you are exhausted from it all. But when you look at it, don't you just smile and say, "I should've done that a long time ago?" (Kind of like I could have had a V-8.)

ReplyDeleteFirst of all I love your St. Patrick's Day template. And I love your photo, so very pretty with the hanging moss on the tree and the river. A lovely image to be sure, and the lyrics were perfect. Thanks for stopping by my blog. Next time I go to the Battlefield I will be sure to take that photo of the cannons. Love your header. Your picture reminds of my old stomping grounds of East Texas. There was a lake nearby that all the trees were covered in moss. It did make for a pretty sight.
ReplyDeleteHow relaxing is this scene you captured. I love spanish moss on trees. We have many of those in the Napa Valley during the winter time and I call them 'ghost trees'.
