* * *THIS IS ONE OF MY ART PIECES --A PENCIL SKETCH OF CHIEF DAN GEORGE. BEFORE AND AFTER---AFTER IS THE NEW UNFINISHED WOOD FRAME I DESIGNED AND HUBBY MADE FOR ME* * *
Chief Dan George was a poet, and a television star along with acting in movies. His short BIO
Omigosh I was right!!! As soon as I loaded your page and saw that picture I thought "that looks so much like Chief Dan George"!!! lol The first time I ever saw him in a movie was in "Little Big Man" with Dustin Hoffman! What a wonderful sketch you drew of him! xox
Your drawing is very nice, but the chief looks like if he had a glass of vinagar before posing ! and then his name ! Why not "Old Shatterhand" or something like that ? (I just woke up, lol)
Beautiful drawing! I love indians. My favorite great uncle was adopted by a cherokee indian and I've always been interested in any indian since I was little :)
You have a real talent, lady! That's an excellent likeness. I loved Chief Dan George as an actor...now I have to go read his bio, because I didn't know he was a poet. It's nice having a husband who will make frames, isn't it?
I didn't play but I had to drop in to see what you contributed this week. This is the perfect post - something for the eye and mind to appreciate. Take care, Frances
Anni,....You are too talented... My brother makes picture frames from wood that is 100 years old; came out of a old house.I admire a lady like you with all your crafts. Baba
Are you ever talented!! GREAT!! What a great talent. our son used to draw until he got into computers and now he does not use his God given talent. Too bad too. Thanks for stopping by...so you like my Annie...Sandy
