"Pops of Red" Feedback...

This is what I saw at 4pm when I went out to get the mail...

...by 6:30 when I went back out to collect the trash bin to get it back by the house, the cloud above turned into this...

By the way, I'm glad that some of you commented with a positive on my new area rugs from the previous post on Tuesday. I didn't want to say anything to sway y'all 'cause there was a rift on my choice. Bud thought too much color, and when Cecilia said in the comments she liked the pops of red, I showed Bud and he said "Okay. Point taken.". lol [like as if I was gonna go out and buy different ones to please him?!! Not.] But thanks again for all the feedback on my choice.

  5. both clouds are beautiful, i think i like the stormy one best in a photo. yours do what ours do, one minute bright sun next thing a storm then back to gone again. shades of red are my favorites,

  9. Anni what a gorgeous cloud with sun and with the stormy look.
MOL MOL MOL Yay you on keeping the rug. I love x 100 bold colors.
They make me happy. Your B and my B might have been on the same wave length.
Bryan has never worn anything RED. I once bought him a golf shirt with horizontal
navy and orange stripes. That is as bold as he gets. He does not like a lot of colors together. I tell him all the time if colors appear in nature the are suited to wear in clothing. I hope Bud learns to appreciate the happy rugs
    Bold Hugs,
    Cecilia

  11. *hahahaha* Bud was out-voted! :-D I loved the rugs too! I heard on the weather report that you folks were supposed to get some heavy rains. That cloud tells the tale, doesn't it. But oh so pretty all the same. ~Andrea xoxoxo

  14. This cloud that is lit from the inside is a giant work of art made by God. How miraculous!!! I am so glad you gave your link, as I had been sick and did not see it. I love the rug, it is a lovely pop of color, and just the right size. and the gnomes, you know I collect them as well. Now, WHERE did you see the spring ones? I have not seen any in the stores yet.

  23. Years ago when we built this house I chose Mandarin Red countertops. They were not everyone's favourite colour but I loved them. After about 25 years we redid the kitchen and the dark green ones I chose have never been as pleasing to me as those red ones.
Red is so lively. Enjoy your colourful carpet.
