Saturday, as I was waiting for an email to arrive in my inbox from Erik [son] so I could proof read it for him, I played around with software filters and some images of mine. The original is the inset. This weekend will be a bit slow since all parks are closed in town to keep from having large crowds gathering. More chores were going on... laundry [On Easter weekend? That's just all kinds of wrong!!!] -and crocheting. I bought three DVD movies this week, we'll be watching them. 1917, Dolittle, and the last Star Wars [Rise of Skywalker]. I may make an apple pie or maybe apple dumplings for a special treat. But, no traditional ham and sweet potatoes for us this year. Groceries are too hard to find, and I am not gonna make special trips to see if I can find something that 'should' be on our table this time of year...

I totally agree about not going to the store. They are telling us to make the least trips possible. When we do go, we really over-buy to make it last. We have bags of food lined up by the kitchen wall. I love all of your edits, they are so cool! The first two and the pink flower are my favorites.
ReplyDeleteShopping, these days, is quite concerning to be sure.
DeleteHello, your photos are wonderful. I would like a piece of homemade apple pie, yum! I will miss the ham today, but I will survive. Happy Easter to you and your family! Take care, stay well. Wishing you a happy new week!
ReplyDeleteThanks Eileen. Happy Easter to you too.
DeleteYour gorgeous photos turned into art are just fantastic in both forms.
ReplyDeleteThis Easter is very strange indeed.
Enjoy your movies.
Happy Easter Anni, to you and your family πΈπ°π
Your pink flower is my favorite! No one has a "normal" Easter and we will be one of those who sticks to the creed, "all we have is all we need." Enjoy your day - in your way.
ReplyDeleteall of the edits are beautiful, I like the bird the best I think. even the barbwire is pretty. we are having left overs, which was stirfry, but I will stir a gain, ha ha..
ReplyDeleteHello Anni, I love your edits and I also like the bird and the effect of the edit on the barbed wire. We are on total National Lockdown. Been two weeks and another 18 days to go. At which time I think the government will make a decision to ask us to endure another two weeks. It's all been to the good of the nation. Be safe. Jo
ReplyDeleteOh, Anni, I so love these! They are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteReally enjoyed those beautiful art like edits. I think the butterfly was my favorite though the deer came in second.
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter to you and yours.
Okay weird, I just lost my comment to you. Try it again. The internet here is being really odd today. I just saw some photos from an Easter a few years ago where my daughter took photos and they turned out like this. It was called a coloring book or something. I'll put one in my next post, it's so funny how it took my living room and us and gave it a new look! Happy Easter to You.
ReplyDeleteI love your pretty edits, they all enhance the original. I especially like the deer. :-)
ReplyDeletePlaying with photo editing apps can be so much fun. Hope you have had and are still having a good Easter.
ReplyDeleteI could easily become addicted to editing photos. It's such great fun and another form of art.
ReplyDeleteI've always enjoyed playing around with filters. These are great.
ReplyDeleteI haven't been making special trips out lately. Since I work in a grocery store I've mainly been getting what I need there. There was a trip or two to Dollar General but that's it.
