I'm late in getting started for the day in blogging...If you have visited here in the past, you already know that I stop and take a picture of something I find that is heart shaped. Sometimes, I've been known to backtrack when it dawns on me that I missed one. My photos are usually something that is outdoors, as I walk trails, but...

...they could be something indoors too. For instance this one:

Did you find the heart? In any case, I also mentioned in the last blog post that I may begin to use props for new entries here at Hootin' Anni's. So, without further adieu, let me introduce the crowd pleasing, celebrated, Ella Phantz-Gerald. She's quite old as far as age goes, but she can be quite active. She's small for her species; only 4 feet in length, but she has a soft side! And every once in a while, you'll see her lurking at this location! Stay tuned.
Ps...the heart on Ella is at the tip of her trunk.

I love all your hearts and I love your prop. I can't wait to see where she'll show up next.
ReplyDeleteElla is a bit excited to join Hootin'. She almost peed her pants, but I reminded her about the fact TP is a no-no right now.
DeleteShe's a cutie all right. And I did find her heart before you told me where to look. Is that first picture a leaf or something edible?
ReplyDeleteIt's a leaf.
DeleteHello Anni, great finds on all the hearts. I love the cute Ella and her heart. Wishing you a happy and healthy new week!
ReplyDeleteThanks. It's great to read on your blog so much positives! Glad you and your hubby are doing fine & enjoying your yard birds!
DeleteElla has a mischievous gleam in her eyes. If she trumpets, RUN! Your heart photos are special. Love the mushroom!
ReplyDeleteThe day I found it, actually, I thought of you.
DeleteElla also has the top of a heart on her foot.
ReplyDeleteI love all of nature's hearts... gorgeousđź’—
Indeed!
DeleteI love taking pics of the different hearts I see also. Yours are GREAT! Love Ella's heart too. ;-) Last night I had a dream about finding a heart sticking out of the sand, and when I went to pull it out, I uncovered a bunch more of all sorts, stone, glass, plastic, etc. A happy dream.

DeleteThat first leaf was just stunning. I was thinking the pink part of her ears but the tip of the trunk is perfect. Looking forward to more Ella.
ReplyDeleteHer heart was too obvious (I had to adjust her trunk a bit)
DeleteI love all those hearts, Anni. Isn't it funny how things seem to magically "appear" when we're conscious to look for them? Your pictures always brighten my day.... and today is no different. Love, Andrea XOXO
ReplyDeleteI rarely find 'em, but I keep looking.
DeleteI love elephants. And our sweet girl we used to babysit, who has cystic fibrosis is totally in love with elephants, her name is Ella. I spotted the heart, and look forward to this cool game!! All your heart photos are wonderful, and full of light and charm.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was a kid I used to fear elephants, now I really appreciate them.
DeleteWell, I love seeing these hearts. Much needed at this time.
ReplyDeleteAnything to help out! ☺

ReplyDeleteIt's kinda fun. Especially if I find one. Lol
DeleteElla is very cute and I saw the heart. I like them all!
ReplyDeleteInteresting heart shapes in nature. When we have our senses trained to spot a certain shape, it is amazing just how often it shows up.
ReplyDeleteYou have an eye for a good photo. The leaf was a good spot.
ReplyDeleteWhat wonderful heart shapes they are and the digital photo with cat is so cute.
ReplyDeleteI have found the heart oh how cute and cozy the elephant is!
Take care and stay healthy!
Greetings Elke
I'm staging photos in my apartment, too. I'm going to do a post about my monkey, Pep, and his girl friend, any day. Haven't quite gotten the right photo yet. Take care and be well!
