Name a sound you like to hear.
The Gulf's surf just off the beach, along with sea gulls laughing....and in the distance, a fog horn! It can be a sad sound, but it's just so calming to me! There's nothing like it.

What is your favorite kind of cheese?
I love cheese, period!! Probably my favorite would be colby or a real sharp yellow cheddar! [not to forget, cottage cheese....love that stuff. Plain!!]
Salad
Do you sleep late on Saturday mornings? Why or why not?
My sleep habits have changed dramatically since retirement. It makes no difference when I get up in the morning! Every morning!! I have no schedule, nor anything that is "I must get up at such and such time of day to get there, or do that". So, let's just say ---I can sleep in, if I want---or get up early for a day trip. It depends.
Main Course
When was the last time you forgot something? What was it, and how long did it take to remember it?
Just the other day. My driver's license! I got a ways down the neighborhood street, and realized I had my cell phone and plastic card for shopping....but the driver's license was still back home!!
Dessert

I notice small irritating things when I'm riled!!
I love the gulf (ocean) too -- you know that! The fog horn adds a nice touch!

I totally agree with you about the ocean! I lve very near to the gulf and take pleasure in those sounds often!

Your appetizer and mine are quite similar. The rest of your feast is great. The color of your blog is superb. By the way, Queso de Bola is a cheese shaped into a ball. You can find it mostly during the yuletide season. This cheese is processed and aged.

ReplyDeleteBesides the cat purrs I would love the ocean too ! I could listen to that for hours ! and since I am retired it's the same here too I can get up when I want too with the result that at 6am I already jump around in the house (not really, I sit at my computer, lol)

I loved your description of the ocean. I could hear it as I read it. As for no schedule, it must be nice to have no worries about it. It will be a long time before I reach that point, but I'm looking forward to it.

Plain cottage cheese! None with fruit in it. It's weird; I like cottage cheese and I like fruit. But when you combine them... BLECH!!!
