Sue's photo challenge this week is "HANDS". I'm gonna make it a bit o' fun for this subject. Y'all know how I have a love of movies even tho I haven't been in a theater since the pandemic hit. Well, surprise, this pair of hands is actually from a TV series. Mandalorian. And the character that has charmed many fans is the 'baby Yoda'...Grogu [pronounced GROW goo]. Bud came home with this small replica several months ago so I could add it to my movie-themed bedroom. And, here are his hands, and the sweet face we all love...
- From WOOKIEpedia: Grogu, known to many simply as "the Child," was a male Force-sensitive Mandalorian foundling that belonged to the same species as Jedi Grand Master Yoda
--height - 16.5 inches.
--eyes - brown.
--skin color - green.
In speculation theory: Possible offspring of Yoda and Yaddle
Altho a force to be reckoned with to the fate of the galaxy, Yoda, he is not, Grogu he is...

I've never seen a Mandalorian series before, but I know Yoda from the Star Wars series.
ReplyDelete"The force be with you"! LOL
This is just a mini-version of Yoda
DeleteI've never seen that series. I've probably seen Grogu out and about but always assumed it was Yoda.
ReplyDeleteWe haven't seen the series either. But, I have read about "baby yoda" online...fell in love with him & his smallness!
DeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteI have never seen this series, we do not have the Disney channel. I know my DIL loves the baby Yoda.
Take care, have a happy day!
We only have antenna tv & NO cable. So, we don't see this series either. He's a cute one, tho.
DeleteCute Anni and who doesn't love Baby Yoda!
ReplyDeleteI know of no-one.
DeleteBest Bob refuses to watch anything science-fiction so I have never seen Yoda or baby Yoda or the movies but I do know who it is and have seen them on television and ads and in pictures and other places. I was unaware there is a baby Yoda but he is absolutely adorable and a hand's are perfect
ReplyDeleteYoda has always been a favorite around Anni's abode.
DeleteI haven't seen the films either, but I certainly have seen little Yoda's picture. He's very cute and his little green hands are not bad either.
ReplyDelete😊
DeleteYes, he has sweet little three fingerd hands. Enough said.
ReplyDelete😊
DeleteHaven't seen the series but that is not necessary to fall in love with that adorable critter.
ReplyDeleteTrue.
DeleteFun choice! 🙂

ReplyDeleteHe's cute all over. (Altho not knowing what's under the robe, I might reverse my thought)
DeleteHaven't seen the series either. Great job on the challenge.
ReplyDeleteI tried being a bit 'different'
DeleteSo cute! What a unique and fun post today! Bud knew the perfect gift for you.
ReplyDelete...he knows what cranks my gears.

ReplyDeleteCoffee is on and stay safe
It's just pictures, trinkets, books, etc. ...from favorite movies.
DeleteBoth my adult daughters and my daughter-in-law, as well as my granddaughters, love Baby Yoda. I've never seen the show but he is a cute little character. I guess they're going to depict him as an adult when the series resumes? That's what I heard anyway. Yours is just darling, Anni! ~Andrea xoxo
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't know...I haven't seen the series, but fell in love with that little one!
DeleteI did so enjoy your post. It reminds me of all the hours spent with my sons and Star Wars. I might add that this continues to this day as it is carried on by their sons! Oh, happy day! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed the star wars saga up until the wookies showed up.
