Earlier, near the beginning of the new year, while visiting meme's blogs, I stopped at Anjoe Playhouse, for Ruby Tuesday I believe, I left a comment as always when I visit others...well, a few days later, she came back to my blog and informed me that I had won her giveaway. Thank you so much ...this was certainly a treasure I received. Why, just look at all the goodies she sent me---------

-"Livingly" These award winning paper cuts and mobiles are from the Anni & Bent Knudsen Collection SINCE 1952- It's boggling that they're 'molded' into one piece so perfectly.

The map postcard above [with Winston being curious]
shows where Anne [anjoe] lives in Denmark.
The one picture of another postcard [to the left]
shows Denmark's royal history, the oldest
Kingdom in the world. The present Queen of
Denmark is a descendant of the original
bloodline of "Gorm the Old". In doing my own
family genealogy, I found this VERY interesting!
The card shows the history in names...the
royal clan of the country Denmark.
Excellent, I so enjoyed reading this!
It will be a great addition to my keepsakes

Last, but not least, the sweet note Anne added for me in the package, and the wonderful talents of her own hand...the lovely, LOVELY laminated bookmarks which I always have so many books being read at once, they will truly be put to good use and treasured!! Thanks again...this was so special.
The mobile is so lovely, congrats!
ReplyDeleteHow exciting! I love the mobile and do marvel how they cut them from one piece of paper. Happy RT.

ReplyDeleteHi Anni! Congrats on your win! It is wonderful! Lucky you. I wanted to let you know my friend bought the glass block at Lowes and drilled a hole in it, but you need a glass bit for your drill. Pricey! She said they also have predrilled ones as well, they are more expensive then the others but may be worth it IMOP. Then you just push your lights in through the hole. Then you are free to decorate it as you choose. Thanks for your comments and I'd love to see yours if you make one. Please let me know! Have a great day!
