I was out and on the packery channel walkway by 630 a.m. on Friday. And, believe it or not, I felt I was late for the party by the time I reached the beach! The surfers and the fishermen/women were out in full force. I took the more quiet route along the shore and took photos, enjoying the peace of mind being outdoors and in fresh air. It was already 82 degrees, and humid from the storm brewing in the tropics [TS Cristobal off the Yucatan]. Needless to say I only walked a couple of miles before turning back. As I was reaching the walkway back to the car, a cloud formation instigated a thought [a children's song I sang in Sunday School, long long long ago].
Now, I don't like to be preached at, nor do I preach to others. But when I saw this, I couldn't help myself humming to myself:
Jesus loves me this I know
for the Bible tells me so
Little ones to Him belong
They are weak, but he is strong!!
I noticed the cloud opening and saw a heart. I'm always on the 'lookout' for hearts in nature. Then, when I got home and took the photo off the camera card to make a post, I noticed A SECOND heart above the opening in the cloud heart...do you see them both?!! (Bud says there are three...the two hearts make a third) Whether you believe, or not...I still think this is inspirational for the globe [the unrest in the world and pandemic] and shows promise of good days and a bit of heart in the days ahead!!!! And we are loved.

More photos of the sunrise, birds, surfers, beach, sand dunes and others coming soon.
I DO see two hearts! One is of clouds, and the other is formed by an empty space. Your vision and creativity at it's finest!
ReplyDeleteWell, I had nothing to do with creating it...but, thanks Ginny.
DeleteYes, I see both hearts. I would have taken that as a sign too
ReplyDeleteBut what? What does it mean to you?
DeleteAmazing and really beautiful!! Thank you! Wishing you well!!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteGreat find, love the heart clouds! Happy weekend to you!
ReplyDeleteI kinda kept my eye on it for some time, it changed shape so very quickly...I was privileged to be there at the right time.
DeleteWOW!!! That is truly wonderful and a gift from our Great Creator! I see how your hubby sees a third heart made by the other two. The fact that you saw these two hearts in the heavens, and the childhood song coming to mind is no coincidence. God is lovingly strong, and wants us to trust in Him. Thanks for sharing this dear Anni ~ FlowerLady
ReplyDeleteAmen...tears flow from your words.
DeleteSuch a beautiful cloud formation, and that one heart is unmistakeable. The others I had to squint to see them. But I did. :-)
ReplyDeleteBoth are quite obvious to me...without squinting. :-)
Delete"Red, brown, yellow, black or white, they are precious in his sight....." Your clouds are expressing love to all. Gorgeous!!!!
ReplyDeleteI've not heard that expression.
DeleteHow odd you mentioned that song for it has become a regular ear worm for me off and on these past months. Don't know where it came from but it is there and like you I haven't heard it since I was a child. The cloud hearts are really great and are maybe to remind us that we should listen to ours and His.
ReplyDeleteThat song just pooped in my head. Ironic we both have that song as a go to at trying times.
DeleteYes, I see the hearts. What does it mean to me? That we are NOT alone... and somehow we will get through this.
ReplyDeleteIndeed...someone with a higher power is talking to us!
DeleteI am AWESTRUCK by the heart clouds Anni.
ReplyDeleteWhat an inspiration.
Not preachy at all. I believe God moves in many ways. He knew you would be looking upward and gave you what you needed.
Did I say I loved this post?
Well I do...
Sue
Sue, I'm happy, then, that you stopped by today...moving in many ways is spot on
DeleteThat is an amazing double-heart photo! I love the reminder of that song, and I didn't feel preached at in the least.
ReplyDeleteGood, I try to keep religion & politics off my blog, but sometimes I can't keep my thoughts silent. Thanks!
DeleteThis touched me today, Anni. Thank you for sharing your view & your thoughts! I love that song too.... and I love you, Andrea xoxo
ReplyDeleteAwwww, shucks, thanks so much.
DeleteYes, I see all three hearts. Amazing.
ReplyDeleteHere's the rest of the words to Jesus Love Me,
Jesus loves me, this I know
For the Bible tells me so
Little ones to Him belong
They are weak, but He is strong
Yes, Jesus loves me
Yes, Jesus loves me
Yes, Jesus loves me
The Bible tells me so
Jesus loves me, He who died
Heaven's gate to open wide
He will wash away my sin
Let His little child come in
Yes, Jesus loves me
Yes, Jesus loves…
Yep...:-)
DeleteLovely photos!
