Murphy's law is an adage or epigram that is typically stated as: "Anything that can go wrong will go wrong".
You may have read a lot of negatives about the 'forced' Windows 10 [1903] update. If you haven't yet, you'll hear about it from me a little bit. The news media is warning us what a messy - error-ridden update it is, and I clicked update and shutdown the other day on my laptop. Then, the very next morning I booted it up, got my SD card from my camera to upload the photos from the park walk. Now, granted, there were not that many photos on the card. BUT, when I got them in my folder, I looked down on the task bar, and my Paint Shop Pro icon was nowhere to be seen!!!!! The update deleted my installed software program. #!!o*!#!! So, needless to say, I had to shorten my online time 'cause I only allow myself to sit at the computer ONE hour in the morning [or afternoon]. The re-installing of Paint Shop took 20 minutes. I had 40 minutes left to get my photos resized and watermarked for a new Day Trippin' post. THAT was no fun. And I DID send feedback. 'Twasn't a pleasant text.
NOW, as I type this up to post, FIREFOX is telling me there is a new update!!! I don't think so...gimme a break. Maybe sometime soon, but NOT NOW.
This post will be just a 'teaseer'. Tomorriw I should have my allotted time to upload all the walking photos at the park. Here are a couple only:

Hawkwatch Platform on the hill....They began watching migration on August 1st and continue counting not only hawks but ALL migrants between August 1 and November 15th, from sunrise to sunset. Several people are involved, and the records are accurate. So far, for the month of August the tally was 253 migrants overhead [there is a tally board on the large wall at the platform]. September and October are the heaviest months, then it begins to taper off.. For decades the totals have been in the tens of thousands.

As I walked the boardwalk back into the wooded area along the river, the moon was peeking through the trees...I zoomed in.
