When I came upon a red light and had to stop, the vehicle in front of me had something I wish I HAD! Altho, instead of the lizard on the plate I'd have the Great Blue Heron [Texas vanity plates has the heron as one of the choices] and add an "i" to Hootn of course! But, I really thought that was phenomenal I'd see this. An omen, perhaps?
Do you have vanity plates?

We've never had any, but we enjoy seeing them. I agree it's phenomenal for you to see this one.
ReplyDeleteI was kinda shocked at first.
DeleteDo it, Anni!!!! Be sure to take a picture when you do. ~Andrea xoxo PS~ We got a vanity plate for our daughter one year, after my Mom gave her her old car. The vanity plate said: "THX NAN". :-)
ReplyDeleteCute idea.
DeleteThat was meant for you! Go for it!
ReplyDeleteWishing & getting is not in the cards
DeleteHello Anni,
ReplyDeleteI pay extra for our Maryland Chesapeake Bay tags, it has a GB Heron. The Bay foundation receives donations from each tag. I like the HOOTN tag, cute. Take care, enjoy your day!
Wish it were my plates!
DeleteNope, no vanity plates for me. This plate would be perfect for you though. Good spot
ReplyDeleteIf it was a one-time cost, I'd probably have 'em. But every year?
DeleteHow amazing is that...that you should see these plates?
ReplyDeleteA good omen I reckon!!👍😉
I have never had vanity plates but if I did, it would have to be something like...DRU 1D!! Lol Will have to try for that one!😉
Have a great day. xxx
Oh yes... GOOD one.
DeleteI think they must be really expensive here because I don't see their e many of them but this one would be perfect for you and I think you are to get the Heron and one with an i
ReplyDeleteThey are here too!
DeleteWow, I'd have had to stop them and meet them. The strangest I ever saw and I had to follow them for miles to figure it out. 2BZ2P---Too busy to pee.
ReplyDeleteGotta love that one!
DeleteI always thought it would be fun to have one that would say, O2BFre2BMe
ReplyDeleteI like it! Too many letters tho.
DeleteWe see tons of vanity plates. Dang that would be a purrfect plate for you!! I'm convinced NC is the Capital of Vanity plates.
ReplyDeleteI used to post lots of plates we saw. Since March we haven't don't go out and about much but I do have enough to post. I must do that soon
Hugs Cecilia
...and I always enjoy your posts 'cause I try figuring them out.
DeleteThought that was probably your car when I saw the picture in my feed. No vanity plates here but I enjoy trying to figure out what some of them say when driving along in traffic.
ReplyDeleteMe too!
DeleteWow, what are the odds that you would come across this? No, we don't have vanity plates.
ReplyDeleteI know, huh? Kinda eerie.
DeleteIt is definitely a sign Anni!!!
ReplyDeleteI thought so.
DeleteNo vanity plates here...not sure what I would have even if I did. But I think you should get some!
ReplyDeleteCostly...and, I understand it's a yearly expense added to registration cost.
Deletei think you need a plate like that. No I do not have vanity plates. I'm just simple old me.
ReplyDeleteYou're not simple by a long shot! You're you...unique, kind, loveable.
DeleteI've never had one but how perfect for you to stop right behind this one!
ReplyDeleteI was a bit tongue tied (which Bud enjoyed the bit of silence)
DeleteNo vanity plates...our California plates are too expensive without anything!!
ReplyDeleteI always try to guess what people have put on their plates. Sometimes I have to say them out loud to figure the "words" out.
Sue
We do the same. Some we know, others are a secret code. lol
DeleteHow ironic to see this! I have vanity plates referencing my photography with a shortened spelling for "viewfinder". :-)
ReplyDeleteLet me guess...vufndr?
DeleteWe don't have them now but we did on our corvettes. 4Karen and 4Ken
ReplyDeleteThat's sweet you two had them.
DeleteThat is a good omen is how I'd look at it :) No I don't have vanity plates.
ReplyDeleteOmen indeed!
DeleteHope you bought a lottery ticket :)
ReplyDeleteNever thought of that!
DeleteI don't have a vanity plate because I am too cheap and it already costs a arm and a leg to renew every year! I did see one the other day that I thought was pretty good though. LUV 2XL
ReplyDeleteI like to figure out what they say to us.
DeleteWow! I'd say that was a special little smile for you today! I'd be "hoot'n" and "hollerin" over that one! LOL. No vanity plates for me either.
ReplyDeleteI had a giggle or two.
DeleteWe've never had any.
ReplyDeleteHow amazing for you to see this one.
All the best Jan
A bit shocked at first.
DeleteI love that! I can see why you were shocked.
ReplyDeleteIt was an eye opener (figure of speech...I really don't drive with my eyes closed)
