While the cold weather set in for a few days last week [mornings mostly], I did finally bring out my sketch pad. Then, the oil pastels and created a red rose. I titled it TIMELESS

Keep searching..."Thaddeus Toad is the main protagonist of The Wind in the Willows, which made up a segment of Disney's 1949 animated feature The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad. In that film, he is only 8 inches tall, while in most of his later appearances, he is much larger."

DeleteI have never seen a cinnamon teal until now. It is totally beautiful. Good (well sorta) that your car misbehaved, otherwise you might have gone on the wrong day and missed it. And the osprey, such a majestic photo. My all time favorite wild bird, and that is a male, right? But oh my gosh that awesome shot of the tri-c heron. That's an awesome photo!!Looks like (she?) is posing to show off her long tresses. Look at me! Look at me!
