It Must Be Raindrops....falling

Seems I'm not the only one that enjoyed the rain...

Yes, we had another rainfall. Nothing really substantial, probably, but every little bit helps. It kinda curbed the heat too. THAT is what I enjoyed most. But of course, there were flowers and leaves and the aftermath, and I was out with my cellphone camera snapping happily....

Crepe Myrtle, Passion Vine, Lantana, Hibiscus, Ixora, Passion Vine Pod, Hummingbird Feeder, Esperanza Bush

Tombstone Rose Stems, Blade of Grass, Hibiscus Leaf

  1. You have some beautiful photos here. Wishing you a great weekend!

  2. Awesome photos. I love going out after the rain for pictures.

  3. A lovely collection of colours! Great captures of the raindrops.

  4. Such a great collection of all that nature has to offer. I love the raindrop pics.

  5. Oh what beautiful pictures you got!

Nice little frog, and pretty raindrops!

  7. Really pretty shots, Anni!

  8. Nice raindrop photos! I haven't really seen a live frog this year, but did hear a "plop" when I walked the beachfront. Lucky you!

  9. LOVE LOVE LOVE your raindrops!! And the Passion Flower...I have never seen a real one. The hidden toad is adorable! You are always noticing the little details.

  10. Oh we were about ready to go out singing in the rain. We had almost 2" this week from a low pressure system and the remnants of Julia hovering over us. We are having in and out sun today. They are threatening us with 90's over the weekend. Here's hoping that is the last of the hot summer temps.
As always your photos are the rain drops...even when they fall on my head. BJ Thomas, we might be the only ones who remember that.
Hugs to you, Winnie and Tahoe from Madi and Cecilia

  11. Pretty flowers and raindrops! Love the frog!

  12. What a beautifully marked frog. Great shot! We just had one of the wettest winters ever so I won't comment on the rain :-)

  13. Hello Anni, cute frog. Love all the gorgeous flowers. Pretty captures of the raindrops. The rain is welcome here too, we have been dry lately. Thank you for linking up and sharing your critters. Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend!

  14. Super shots of the raindrops on the flowers!
Frogs really do have great camouflage !

  15. beautiful! hoping to get some rain here this weekend.

  16. Cute froggie! Rain is what brings them up to the house in W.V.

  17. You have so much blooming - everything looks refreshed by the rain (even the frog). It snowed overnight in the mountains of CO.

  18. Something about flowers and rain go together. Great pics

  19. Lovely, beautiful raindrops. We haven't had rain for weeks and I am so longing for it, I can't wait. Hopefully, soon... In the meantime I have to look at photos and listen to recorded sounds of rain on tin roof to fall asleep faster.

  20. Dearest Anni; Wow, I DO LOVE these wonderful photographs of nature with "Raindrops", really BEAUTIFUL♡♡♡ And I found that your collage pictures show separately when we enlarger them♪ I will have to try it if I can p:-)
Sending Lots of Love and Hugs from Japan to my Dear friend in America, xoxo Miyako*
