fyi- the Cubs are no threat to anyone, that's part of the allure for the hometown crowd. I do worry about you in Bush country :)

    Have a great Sunday!
    Joinus for Monday Mayhem

  5. I was born in TX---Austin. I love the spelling of your first name, I don't think I have ever seen that. Have a great week!

  6. Besides the fact that I am not such a movie fan like you I agree with the rest ! I too love to be myself and enjoy life and retirement ! when I think that so many women of our age are living in the past and start every sentence "At my time .... !" As if they were looking at the roots of Daisies in their grave !

  7. I'm proud to say I saw you in the theaters, as well as on cable.

  8. Atlas Shrugged is one of my all time favorite books too. I first read it in college in the 1970s and have read it several times since. I never thought I would live to see Ayn Rand's looters and takers in our own government destroying our country with their uncontrolled and stupid spending. And unfortunately there is no magical place in the mountains for the achievers to go to. Hubby and I always lived within our means even if it meant going without. And to see our government continue to spend, spend, spend with no end in sight and more debt.....it's the first time in my life I'm alarmed at the direction of this country.

  9. hey anni, nice to see you. i know it's been a long time! love all your answers! and you definitely strike me as the "acting" type! i also love your answers on a lover. i wonder what we would have said in our 20s - lol.

    thanks for coming by!
