Got a good reason For taking the easy way out

"Under the boardwalk...down by the sea"...aka "At the Marina"

FANTABULOUS MOVIE!!!! You MUST go see Alice in Wonderland! It'll knock your socks off. If I think there ever was a perfect movie, this is most definitely up there close to a 5 out of 5 being the best! Remember...this is about Alice RETURNING to Wonderland in a dream... [but nothing in this world is perfect...]

This morning's post:

I'm on a blogging break for now. As I mentioned yesterday, there's work to be done. I have this huge time consuming project in the house and need to concentrate on getting it done, and doing it well. At least I hope. If it works out like I have planned, I'll have before and after photos. Wish me luck. It's gonna take days to get it done. In the meantime, I have added a short, ten photo, marquee of our recent walk at the marina in town taken around the small inlet...all pelicans anxiously awaiting the scraps from the shrimp boats [I posted a couple of the pelicans from the same day a few days back]----

  3. Sorry this answer is late - I spent three hours visiting the Clydesdales that Anhueser Busch brought to town. Yes, she liked Alice but not as much as she thought she would, also being a fan of Tim burton. Anddddd - it's different - it's based on the premise that she's been there before and has returned. You'll have to see for yourself. B : )

  4. Can't wait to see what you've got going on!

Love the pelicans - God sure had a lot of humor in his mind when he created the creatures, didn't he??

I'll miss you while you're gone, but be sure to check out my new and improved ring when you're back!

So enjoyed looking at your beautiful photos. I guess pelicans are very much like seagulls in that they go after any scrap of food there is!

  7. Still laughing at some of your Thursday Thunks answers! lol I did remember that you don`t care for Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer! ROFL!!! Isn't it funny how we can't wait to have someone over for a visit and yet when they're there we can't wait to see them go? It's happened a couple of times over here! lol You and Frank under the stairwell, eh? Nope, I'm not gonna ask. hehe

I learned a few years ago that I have some Irish blood in me as well...my first thought? That I could finally say "Kiss me I'm Irish" on St. Patrick's Day:-) xoxo

  10. A very strange bird is the pelican
His beak can hold more than his belly can.

Is that Dr Seuss or someone?? I forget.

Anyway, Anni, good luck with your big project. Sounds intriguing so don't forget the before and afters.
