About | Theme: PAPER | Roll
Next week: - ORIGINAL

I think it's ironic that last week, a lot [besides me] gave very strong opinions of their dislike for plastic, yet it's all around us; plastic plastic everywhere. And this week's theme is paper. Y'know? At the grocery store - "Do you want paper or plastic?" So, naturally, since we had plastic last week, I just knew our hunt this week would be paper. Didn't you? Oftentimes when I read or hear the word 'paper' I think of the art of origami. Here's my paperwork - the Pièce de résistance! Envious, aren't you? *giggles* - just kidding.

Y'all thought I was going to state the fact my dog ate my paperwork, didn't you?

Take a piece of paper...make it squared!

Fold it in half [from a diamond shape] open it --fold it to the center line on both sides of the fold [kite shape] --flip it fold it to the center line, the pointed end-----oh well, shoot. Do a google for origami swan. Bet'chore sweet patootie you'd find better directions than you find here!!! And of course, the two of us here in this house are kids at heart, so I'm sure we'll be folding paper airplanes and having a mock dog fight!! Just to see who's plane flies the furthest!!! Now that hubby saw me making the swan for this week's theme, he's searching for more paper as I type!!

Look out below!!!!!! Bombs away!!!! Rat a tat tat!!!
*making jet engine noises*
