About | Theme: TWO | Roll

Corpus Christi has its own 'twin towers' so to speak. This is on the Bayfront, it's the American Bank TWO towered building. And from the top floors, what a terrific view of the sea and the surf --of course along with ships coming into the channel...oh, and oil rigs out on the horizon. The city is nicknamed the "Sparkling City by the Bay" --there are times and locations within the city that I feel the nickname is an absolute misnomer!! This area, along Shoreline Blvd is by far one to the prettiest areas in town. But the sparkle of the water is all it takes to make one agree with the name.

    built above the water.

  3. That's pretty impressive... is it just my imagination, or just the angle of the photograph, but does it look like one of the buildings is leaning?

  4. They're not the same height, right? The buildings looks like odd - or is it just the angle of how the picture is taken?

Still a nice choice for photo hunt.

  5. Bongga Mom, I'm pretty sure it's the angle. =)

In response to your question on my post about my sister. My mother's condition has worsened and Becci, along with most of my family have been at my mother's bedside. She was released from the hospital yesterday morning, with hospice at home. Myself and another sister live out of state and Becci has been keeping us posted. I know the whole family is stressed out. I haven't been able to get there yet. Please keep her in your prayers.
