  1. THIS IS HOWARD HUGHES' HOME IN HOUSTON, TEXAS.

    He is best remembered for being an eccentric movie mogul, who turned his inheritance from oil money to billions in motion pictures and aviation.

    BIO

    His home is now part of the University of St. Thomas, and can only be seen in exterior. Students and Faculty are allowed inside.

  16. TO ANSWER THE QUESTIONS---NO! Other than faculty and students of the University--no one is allowed inside the house...altho, you can view the area/exterior!

  17. Anni, I figured that was WHY you posted early...BUT the week that I have been having I was thinking maybe I was just behind a DAY!! WHat a week and we leave tomorrow for 2 weeks and I dont even have the motorhome began to be packed..Oh well. More important things today like my hair..cut and colored..ha!!   18. I read his biography "Howard Hughes, The Hidden Years" ... many years ago now! He was a fascinating nut! That was one of my favorite biographies EVER!
